1. Save land and reduce maintenance. The integrated substation occupies a small area. The 110kV integrated substation occupies an area of about 880 square meters. If the GIS equipment is used, the entire station occupies only 600 square meters; compared with conventional stations, it can save 60%-80 % of the land area, in line with the national policy of saving land. The entire station is closed and operated in combination with outer protective measures to resist sandstorms, ultraviolet rays, acid rain, condensation, and surrounding areas where environmental pollution is relatively concentrated. It fundamentally solves the problem that the equipment in the conventional substation is easily damaged. The substation can implement condition maintenance, reduce the maintenance workload, and save a lot of operation and maintenance costs.
2. When the user selects or orders the factory prefabricated, as long as the user proposes a wiring diagram and technical parameters of the equipment according to the actual needs of the substation, he can choose the specifications and models of our companys integrated substation. All equipment is prefabricated in the manufacturing base. The substation construction is factory-like, and the entire substation takes only 100-120 days from the drawing confirmation to the commissioning (conventional substations need at least 6-8 months from construction to commissioning), which greatly shortens the construction period.
3. The advanced whole station design technology integrates the domestic leading technology and technology of the substation. The shell is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and the frame is made of standard H-shaped steel material and production technology, which has good anti-corrosion performance and guarantees no rust for 30 years. The integrated substation is coated with aviation paint, which can keep heat and heat insulation, and ensure the ambient temperature of equipment operation, so that the integrated substation is not affected by the environment and external pollution as a whole, and can ensure normal operation in the environment of -55℃~+70℃. The primary equipment in the integrated station adopts domestic advanced technology equipment, the products have no exposed live parts, fully enclosed, fully insulated structure and high safety; the secondary equipment adopts conventional comprehensive automation system, or imported PLC automation system. The whole station wiring harness, the overall arrangement, the modular plugging and unplugging of each unit, the circuit nature is distinguished by the color line method, and the unattended operation mode is completely realized.
4. High degree of comprehensive automation
The whole station is intelligently designed, adopts the integrated automation system of the substation, and is installed in a decentralized manner. It can realize remote measurement, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment. Each unit has an independent operation function, complete relay protection functions, and remote setting of operating parameters. Control the humidity and temperature in the station and remote smoke alarm to meet the requirements of unmanned duty. According to the needs, it can also realize the image remote monitoring function, and perform far-infrared temperature measurement display and alarm for the main parts of the equipment. The integrated station can also use the PLC surface protection integrated automation system for information exchange, logic calculation and control execution.
5. High-standard safety and protection design Fully enclosed steel frame structure, good seismic performance, the bottom of the equipment can be suspended in the air, and the design can be 60cm~200cm above the ground, which is convenient for ventilation and heat dissipation, and is conducive to flood control and flood control of the equipment. The equipment spacing meets the standards of the National Grid Code, which can fully ensure the safety of equipment operation and personnel inspection. There are steel anti-theft doors and anti-theft remote-view alarm systems around the integrated station. All external parts other than the doors are blocked with metal mesh to prevent birds and small animals from entering. Thick LG fire-proof and heat-insulating paint, each power distribution room is equipped with corresponding fire-proof devices, and is equipped with remote-view sensor probes, which can alarm in time for smoke and fire.
6. Save the investment cost of the enterprise Compared with the conventional substation, the integration station can save a lot of capital investment for the enterprise, reduce the operation cost of the enterprise, and relieve the financial pressure of the enterprise. As far as the standard configuration is concerned, the integrated station can save about 10% of the funds for the enterprise compared with the indoor substation of the conventional station.
7. Summary analysis of the advantages of integrated substation:
