1. Power transformer oil type Closed busbar adjustment

After the high and low voltage busbars are assembled, it is necessary to check whether there is any damage or scratches, observe whether the paint and warm pieces have faded, and identify whether the busbar joints are overheated. After power-on use, it is also necessary to remove the closed busbar and composite insulator on time, check the standard parts and connections, and remove the rusted anchor screws.

2. Cable adjustment

In autumn and spring every year, inspect the cable terminals in the room and outdoors, clean up dust and dirt, check whether the rigid waterproof casing is damaged, and whether the tee joint is overheated.

3. 110kv power transformer oil type adjustment

After the 110kv oil-immersed transformer is assembled, it is necessary to accurately measure the resistance of the winding, the transformer ratio of the tap, and the ground wire resistance of the winding. accurate measurement to check whether the dry-type transformer is normal.

4. Adjustment of high voltage isolation switch

The adjustment of the high-voltage isolation switch is mainly to perform the adjustment of the split and automatic reclosing, and then accurately measure the grounding wire resistance of the hydraulic rod of the cable sheath, the measurement of the automatic reclosing resistance and the grounding wire resistance, and accurately measure the resistance of each phase. The automatic reclosing time and power frequency withstand voltage of the high-voltage isolation switch.

5. Adjustment of high voltage isolation switch

The purpose of adjusting the high-voltage isolation switch is to automatically reclose the switch according to the slow opening and observe whether there is a deviation in the position. In addition, the position of the isolation switch of the gate system should not be too deep to prevent damage to the top of the composite insulator.
