The temperature of cast resin transformer is an important attribute of dry-type transformers, and the temperature of dry-type transformers has certain standards. The standard Dry-type Transformer GB6450-1986 stipulates the temperature rise limit of dry-type transformers.
1. Coils of cast resin transformer
1. Now most dry-type transformers use H-class insulation materials, so generally speaking, the temperature of dry-type transformers should be below 180 °C.
2. When using A-class insulating material, the high temperature rise should be less than 60K when the limit working temperature is 105℃; when using E-class insulating material, when the limit working temperature is 120℃, the high temperature rise should be less than 75K;
3. When the B-class insulating material is used, when the limit working temperature is 130℃, the high temperature rise should be less than 80K;
4. When the C-class insulating material is used, when the limit working temperature is 220℃, the high temperature rise should be less than 150K.
5. When using Class F insulating material, when the limit working temperature is 155℃, the high temperature rise should be less than 100K;
6. When the H-class insulating material is used, when the limit working temperature is 180℃, the high temperature rise should be less than 125K.
2. The iron core, metal parts and adjacent materials shall not, under any circumstances, be at a temperature which would cause damage to the iron core itself, other parts or adjacent materials. Most dry-type transformers now use H-class insulating materials, so generally speaking, the temperature of dry-type transformers should be below 180 °C.
