3. Poor mechanical strength and dielectric strength:
The SGB indoor dry type transformer is non-encapsulated, and the high and low voltage coils are cake-shaped structures. Each coil is made of dozens of wire cakes fixed on a comb-shaped stay, and then vacuum-impregnated. The coils and comb-like stays are arranged alternately, and each line cake is an independent individual. For indoor dry type transformers, the magnet wires and insulating materials are formed by resin vacuum casting, and the entire coil is a rigid whole. Its mechanical strength is obviously better than that of SGB type transformer.
There is only a thin layer of insulation on the surface of the SGB indoor dry type transformer coil. When encountering sharp external forces, such as scratches, bumps, and collisions during transportation or installation, it is easy to damage the insulation, leave hidden dangers or cause short circuits, and the insulation is too thin to withstand Electric shock will affect the electrical performance and service life of the transformer.
4. Large noise, no-load loss and no-load current:
