Dry type cast resin manufacturers believe that dry-type transformers refer to transformers whose iron cores and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. 3. Casting type: epoxy resin or other resin is used as the main insulation, with simple structure and small volume, suitable for transformers with small capacity.
Dry type cast resin transformer manufacturers believe that dry-type transformer cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). When forced air cooling, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%. Types of dry type cast resin transformers:
1. Impregnated air-insulated dry-type transformers: rarely used at present. Different heat-resistant insulating materials are selected for wire insulation and insulating structural materials according to needs, and dry-type transformers with B, F, and H insulation are made.
2. Epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer: polyester resin and epoxy resin are used as insulating materials. At present, epoxy resin is widely used in cast-insulated dry-type power transformers.
3. Wrap-insulated dry-type transformer: Wrap-insulated dry-type transformer is also a kind of resin insulation, and there are few manufacturers at present.
4. Composite insulated dry-type transformer:
(1) The high-voltage winding is cast, and the low-voltage winding is impregnated;
(2) The high voltage adopts the casting type, and the low voltage adopts the foil winding made of copper foil and aluminum foil.
