1. Wire material: The wire of the oil cooled transformer winding is often made of round copper wire and copper flat wire drawn from electrolytic copper or oxygen-free copper rod (the resistivity is about 1%~1.5% lower) to make enameled wire, paper covered wire, Combination wires and transposed wires. Aluminum wires have also been used, but they are rarely used because of their high resistivity, poor mechanical strength, and difficulty in welding.
2. Winding form: cylinder type (layer type): single-layer, double-layer, multi-layer cylinder type and segmented cylinder type. Commonly used in small and medium-sized high-voltage or low-voltage windings.
Spiral: single, single-half, double, double-half, four, four-half helical; commonly used for medium and large low-voltage windings.
Continuous type: commonly used for medium and large high-voltage and low-voltage windings.
Tangled type: commonly used in large high-voltage windings of 66kV and above.
Internal screen type: commonly used for large high-voltage windings of 66kV and above.
3. Winding arrangement: double winding: high-low arrangement. Three windings: step-down oil cooled transformers are high-medium-low; step-up oil-immersed transformers are arranged in high-low-medium.
Voltage ratio deviation:
The rated voltage ratio is the ratio of the rated voltage of one winding to the rated voltage of another winding with a lower or equal rated voltage.
The deviation of the voltage ratio (transformation ratio or turns ratio) is the difference between the measured no-load voltage ratio of the product and the specified standard voltage ratio, which is often expressed as a percentage of the specified standard voltage ratio.
In order to consider the deviation of manufacturing and measurement, in the calculation, it should generally not exceed half of the specified allowable deviation value, that is, the calculated value of the allowable deviation of the no-load voltage ratio, usually V%≤±0.25%
