Material, structure and process level requirements of three phase oil immersed transformer
a) High-voltage and low-voltage insulation materials must meet Class F insulation.
b) After stacking, the surface of iron cores should be smooth, free from scratches, neat and beautiful. The upper and lower clamps of the iron core are not provided with pull screws. It should be made of high strength steel plate. The welding is neat and free of burrs.
c) The epoxy vacuum resin layer on the surface of the high-voltage coil after pouring should be uniform, smooth and flat, and the coil surface should not be covered with resin and insulating paint. The factory should notify Party A to supervise on site when pouring the resin.
d) The low-voltage coil is wound with copper foil, and the end of the coil is filled and sealed with DMD material and epoxy vacuum resin. The end seal should be filled evenly, and there is no gap inside the coil.
e) High voltage and low voltage leads must have a certain margin and must be connected to the outside through insulators.
f) The iron core and all metal parts must have anti-rust treatment.
g) The shell of the oil-immersed transformer is made of aluminum alloy, the protection grade is IP20, it should be solid, solid, and easy to disassemble. The body can be pulled up from the front, and there is a place for installing cable brackets.
h) The body of the oil-immersed transformer and the equipment casing should be provided with a grounding device.
i) Lifting rings are set on the top of the oil-immersed transformer, traction holes are set on the base and the jacking (jack) load-bearing points are marked.

k) The connection/fastening bolts should be made of stainless steel to meet the short-circuit capacity requirements of the equipment.
l) When the three phase oil immersed transformer uses cables to enter or exit from below, the seller shall provide a cable fixing support frame for fixing the incoming or outgoing cables.
m) All equipment and materials, as well as the design and installation plan must take into account the fire and flame retardant performance, so as to achieve high flame retardancy, low smoke, and halogen-free, and provide a combustion test report sent to domestic or international authoritative testing institutions to test similar products.
