1. The grounding resistance of the lightning protection device has an unqualified installation form

The general 11kv transformer is introduced from the overhead line according to the high and low voltage lines. The main operation in this case is to carry out the grounding resistance. At the same time, as an electrical equipment installed outdoors, the lightning protection device is also indispensable, but the lightning protection device can not be installed more than 10 meters. At the same time, pay attention to the operation of the arrester when running in winter.

2. The daily management is not in place, and overload operation often occurs

In particular, most of the 11kv transformer used in rural areas use single-phase power supply, which is mostly used for daily lighting, and during construction, the load operation is arranged according to the regional wiring, so it is prone to random access to electricity or inadequate management. It is easy to cause unbalanced problems in the three-phase load. After long-term use, the equipment will be overwhelmed by heavy load operation and burnt out.

3. The daily load of the transformer is too large

Especially in the summer operation, the electricity consumption in rural areas will increase sharply by means of irrigation and drainage. During the high temperature period, the air conditioner consumes more electricity. In addition, the electricity consumption time is long, and overload operation often occurs. In severe cases, the 11kv transformer will even be directly burned.
