The abnormal sound inside the transformer may have the following reasons: heavy overload causes a heavy "buzzing" sound inside the transformer; due to poor contact or breakdown points inside the transformer, "squeak" or "crack" occurs inside the transformer Discharge noise; due to the loose parts of the top bolt of the transformer connection shaft, the transformer core is not clamped, causing the silicon steel sheet to vibrate, which will emit strong noise; when there is a grounding or short circuit fault in the power grid, a large current will flow through the winding, Strong noise; when the transformer is connected to large power equipment or equipment that can generate harmonic currents, the operation of the equipment may cause the transformer to emit a "wow" cry; due to the resonance of the iron core, the transformer produces a sudden noise. If the primary voltage is too high or the current is too large, abnormal noise will occur; due to overvoltage, winding or lead wire discharging to the shell, or the core grounding wire is disconnected, the core is discharged to the shell, which causes the transformer to emit discharge sound. Our company provides hermetically sealed transformers.

Emergency measures: When it is found that the transformer makes abnormal noises, it should be judged according to the above-mentioned analysis of the possible causes, and take emergency measures in a targeted manner. If the abnormal noise generated inside the transformer is caused by loose parts or breakdown of the winding wire, the power should be immediately cut off to avoid further expansion of the accident.

The transformer oil level is too high or too low. In general, changes in oil temperature can change the oil level. As the oil temperature changes, the oil level also changes accordingly-a fixed range of changes. However, under abnormal conditions, abnormal oil levels can also be caused by faults such as oil seepage and water seepage and other accidents. Second, the change in oil temperature is related to conditions such as load conditions and ambient temperature. When the oil level changes are inconsistent with these factors, it may be a false oil level. The reason for the false oil level: the oil standard tube is blocked; the vent hole of the explosion-proof tube is blocked. In addition, the too high oil level will cause oil spill; if the oil level is too low, it may cause the internal lead wire of the transformer and even the coil to be exposed, resulting in internal discharge.

Treatment methods and emergency measures: if there is gas relay protection, the trip circuit will be lifted to prevent accidental trips. The operator of the electrical equipment on duty should frequently check the oil level gauge instructions and find that the oil can be drained in an appropriate amount when the oil level is too high; when the oil level is too low, fill the oil in time. If it is caused by transformer oil leakage, power failure maintenance and other emergency measures should be taken. When abnormal oil injection of the oil pillow or explosion-proof pipe is found, the power supply of the transformer should be cut off immediately to prevent the expansion of faults and accidents.
